Changing payment methods

You can change your payment method at any time by doing the following:

If an admin user has already configured payment settings and another admin later configures settings, the payment settings will be transferred to the latter admin and the first admins settings will be deleted.

  1. Open the organization settings screen.

    1. Switch to the organization whose payment method you wish to change.

    2. Click the organization menu again to display the drop-down list.

    3. Click the gear icon () next to the organization’s name.

      Password protection prompt

      For security purposes, you will need to enter your password to continue. Enter your password and click Send. You can check Do not show this again to remove the password protection for one hour. This will also remove the password protection from the user settings menu.

      This prompt will not show up again if you click the organization settings icon () again (or click the user settings menu) within one minute of entering your password. However, it will always appear if you switch to a different organization and click its organization settings icon ().

  2. Click Payment method from the menu in the left sidebar.

  3. You can change your Country code and Payment method. Based on your selections, follow the directions shown on the screen.

  4. Exit the organization settings screen by clicking Close in the upper-right.
