HTTP GET

This BLOCK initiates HTTP GET requests.

If the "HTTP Status" response is in the 400 or 500 realm, it indicates that the execution was a failure.

Property name Explanation
BLOCK name Designate a name for BLOCKS. The names will be displayed on the BLOCKS.
URL Designate a URL for requests.
Query parameters

Designate query parameters. Please provide them in a key and value combination.

Values only: [% format character string addressable] [variable expansion addressable]

BLOCK memos Make any comments regarding BLOCKS.
Repetition attempts Designate the number of repetitions to attempt in the case of a request error.
Time between repetitions Designate the number of seconds to wait between repetitions in the case of a request error.
Results storage variable

Designate the variable that will store the response returned from the HTTP server.

The value stored into the variable will be the response's message-body only. When the "Content-Type" header is "application/json", the variable will store the results of decoding the message-body.
