Confirming payment information
You can view your current month’s invoice (estimated total) and past invoices within the payment history section of the organization settings menu.
Please be aware of the following regarding how your current month’s invoice is displayed:
- Charges shown are calculated based on usage up to the current day. However, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) usage fees and any discounts from coupon codes are not reflected until the final invoice amount is processed.
- MAGELLAN BLOCKS service fees are rounded to the sixth decimal place when calculated.
- GCP usage fees are calculated at the current exchange rate and shown for reference purposes only. There is the possibility that rate fluctuations may cause the actual rate to differ.
Follow these steps to view your payment history:
Open the organization settings screen.
Switch to the organization whose payment history you wish to view.
Click the organization menu again to display the drop-down list.
Click the gear icon (settings_applications) next to the organization’s name.
For security purposes, you will need to enter your password to continue. Enter your password and click Send. You can check Do not show this again to remove the password protection for one hour. This will also remove the password protection from the user settings menu.
info_outline This prompt will not show up again if you click the organization settings icon (settings_applications) again (or click the user settings menu) within one minute of entering your password. However, it will always appear if you switch to a different organization and click its organization settings icon (settings_applications).
Click Payment history from the menu in the left sidebar.
Use the drop down list to select the year/month’s invoice you wish to view.
Exit the organization settings page by clicking Close in the upper-right.
